We had never sold a house before! We really didn't realize what all would be involved. Monica answered all our questions, and gave us good advice. She knows the local market. She was honest and diplomatic in the suggestions she made for doing some painting and minor repair work before listing the house. After she had explained clearly how doing so could have a positive effect on the sale price of the house, she left the final decisions up to us. She was very patient with us, as it took us a LOT longer than we thought it would to sort through and pack everything in the house, move, and get our house ready to sell. During the process we had more and more questions, and Monica was always willing to take time to talk things over. All the staff are very helpful and professional. The photos taken by the photographer for the listing really helped showcase the best features of the house, and we believe all of this is why our house sold quickly. We were very satisfied.
